WhatsApp automation · Salons Running live right now

WhatsApp messages your clients. Automatically.

The moment someone books, WhatsApp takes over. Confirmed, reminded so they actually turn up, rebooked when they cancel, and asked for the Google review while they are still admiring the mirror. All automatic, from your number, in your own words.

The whole journey

One booking. Five messages. Zero from the front desk.

Here is exactly what your client sees, from booking to review. Every message fires on its own, triggered by your booking system. And every single one is customisable, word for word, so it sounds like your salon.

The booking lands

Your booking system takes an appointment. Within seconds a confirmation goes out with the time, the stylist and the treatment. No copy-paste, no forgetting.

The reminder that kills no-shows

The day before, every client gets a reminder with your cancellation policy attached. Late drop-outs have no excuse, and the ones who need to move do it in the chat instead of just not turning up.

They reply, and it just works

It is a real WhatsApp thread, not a bot wall. Clients reply to move, cancel or ask a question, and reschedules go back out as a fresh confirmation automatically.

The empty chair fills itself

Someone cancels their 2pm at 11am. The slot goes out to your waitlist on WhatsApp, first to reply gets it, and dead chair time turns back into money. This is the feature that pays for the whole system.

The moment a cancellation lands

The review request

That evening, happy clients get asked for a review while they are still admiring the mirror. This is the part most salons never get round to, and it is the part that compounds.

Evening after the appointment
The part that compounds

This thing is a review machine.

When someone searches "salon near me", the one with hundreds of recent Google reviews gets the booking. Most salons only ask when they remember, which is never. This asks every happy client, the same evening. Roughly 1 in 6 people asked leaves a review. Unprompted, most businesses get about 1 in 50.

Yours, not a template

Your words. Your steps. As many as you want.

Every single message is customisable. The wording, the timing, the tone, what it includes and what it never says: all specific to your firm. Change any of it whenever you like, add as many steps as you want. All included, nothing is an upsell.

The same reminder, upscale salon

FAQ

The honest answers.

Does it work with my booking system? +
Yes. Fresha, Phorest, Treatwell, Square, a website booking form, or even a paper diary: as long as you have some way of taking bookings, we can trigger the messages from it. It already runs against a full clinic CRM and diary today. Making it fit is my problem to solve, not yours.
Do my clients need anything installed? +
No. They get a normal WhatsApp message from your number, in the app they already use every day. No app to download, no account to create. That is the entire point: no portal, no app, no login. Open rates on WhatsApp are far higher than email because people actually read it.
Can they reply, or is it a robot? +
They can reply, and it lands in your normal WhatsApp. The automation handles the predictable messages so you do not have to, but a real conversation is always one reply away. Nobody gets trapped talking to a machine.
What happens if WhatsApp disconnects? +
This is the bit most setups get wrong. A watchdog checks the channel around the clock. If it drops, it alerts and re-pairs, rather than silently sending nothing for a fortnight. There is also an email fallback so the message still gets through.
Why a monthly fee? +
Because it is a live service, not a one-off file. The £59 pays for the hosting it runs on, the monitoring that keeps it alive, the message log, and me making changes when your prices, policy or wording change. No retainer, no minimum term, cancel whenever.

Tell me what you need, and I'll tell you if it fits.

Tell me roughly how many appointments a week you do and what you want handled. I reply the same day, usually within the hour.

No commitment, and no call unless you want one. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you straight.

Or just message me.

Fitting for the irony, the fastest way to ask about WhatsApp automation is on WhatsApp. It lands with Jamie, the person who builds and runs it.
