WhatsApp automation · Physios, chiros & osteos The engine is live right now

WhatsApp messages your patients. Automatically.

The moment a session is booked, WhatsApp takes over. Confirmed, reminded, checked in on after treatment, nudged back when they quietly drop off at session three, and asked for the review when they feel better. All automatic, from your number, in your own words.

One patient. Five messages. Zero admin.

Here is exactly what your patient sees, from first session to review. Every message fires on its own, triggered by your clinic system. And every single one is customisable, word for word, so it sounds like your clinic.

01

The session lands

Your clinic system takes a booking. Within seconds the patient gets a confirmation with the time, the practitioner and what to bring or wear.

Instant · triggered by your clinic system
02

The reminder that protects your diary

On the day, every patient gets a reminder they actually read. Late cancellations become reschedules in the chat instead of empty treatment rooms.

Morning of the session
03

The day-after check-in

"How's the knee feeling?" A happy answer gets the review ask. A worried answer gets flagged straight to you, before it turns into a cancelled course or a bad review.

Morning after treatment
04

The course stays alive

Most patients quietly quit around session three, right when it started working. When someone's due and not booked, they get a nudge. Better outcomes for them, full diary for you.

When a patient drifts
05

The review request

Asked at the exact moment they tell you they feel better. Nobody is more generous than a patient whose pain just went away, and most clinics never ask.

Timed to the good news
The part that compounds

Asked at the moment the pain stops.

When someone searches for a physio near them, the clinic with hundreds of recent Google reviews gets the booking. This asks every patient at their happiest moment, the day the treatment worked. Roughly 1 in 6 people asked leaves a review. Unprompted, most businesses get about 1 in 50.

Yours, not a template

Your words. Your steps. As many as you want.

Every single message is customisable. The wording, the timing, the tone, what it includes and what it never says: all specific to your firm. Change any of it whenever you like, add as many steps as you want. All included, nothing is an upsell.

FAQ

The honest answers.

Does it work with my clinic system? +
Yes. Cliniko, TM2, Nookal, website booking forms or a paper diary: as long as sessions exist somewhere, we can trigger the messages from them. It already runs against a full clinic CRM and diary today. Making it fit is my problem to solve, not yours.
Do my patients need anything installed? +
No. They get a normal WhatsApp message from your number, in the app they already use every day. No app to download, no account to create. That is the entire point: no portal, no app, no login. Open rates on WhatsApp are far higher than email because people actually read it.
Can they reply, or is it a robot? +
They can reply, and it lands in your normal WhatsApp. The automation handles the predictable messages so you do not have to, but a real conversation is always one reply away. Nobody gets trapped talking to a machine.
What happens if WhatsApp disconnects? +
This is the bit most setups get wrong. A watchdog checks the channel around the clock. If it drops, it alerts and re-pairs, rather than silently sending nothing for a fortnight. There is also an email fallback so the message still gets through.
Why a monthly fee? +
Because it is a live service, not a one-off file. The £59 pays for the hosting it runs on, the monitoring that keeps it alive, the message log, and me making changes when your prices, policy or wording change. No retainer, no minimum term, cancel whenever.

Tell me what you need, and I'll tell you if it fits.

Tell me roughly how many sessions a week you do and what you want handled. I reply the same day, usually within the hour.

No commitment, and no call unless you want one. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you straight.

Or just message me.

Fitting for the irony, the fastest way to ask about WhatsApp automation is on WhatsApp. It lands with Jamie, the person who builds and runs it.
