WhatsApp automation · Online shops The engine is live right now

WhatsApp messages your customers. Automatically.

Order confirmations they actually see, shipping updates without the "where is my order?" emails, back-in-stock alerts that sell out restocks in hours, and the review asked for right after the unboxing. All automatic, from your number, in your own words.

One order. Five messages. Zero WISMO emails.

Here is exactly what your customer sees, from checkout to review. Every message fires on its own, triggered by your store. And every single one is customisable, word for word, so it sounds like your shop.

Orders confirmed where they look

Order confirmations land on WhatsApp, where open rates embarrass email. Customers instantly trust that a real shop has their order.

Instant · triggered by your store

WISMO, eliminated

"Where is my order?" is half of every shop's support inbox. Shipped, out for delivery, delivered: each lands automatically, and the inbox goes quiet.

The delivery day check-in

"Everything arrive safe?" catches problems while they're fixable and delights the 95% whose order was perfect, which tees up the next step beautifully.

The review at the unboxing

Asked right after they've told you it arrived and they love it. Reviews on your product pages and Google convert every future visitor, and this collects them on autopilot.

Back-in-stock and reorder nudges

Waitlisted customers hear the second a restock drops, and consumables get a "running low?" nudge on their natural cycle. Revenue from customers you already paid to acquire.

The part that compounds

Reviews are your conversion rate.

Every product page lives or dies on its reviews, and the best review moment is the evening the parcel arrives, not a cold email a fortnight later. This asks at the unboxing, every single time. Roughly 1 in 6 people asked leaves a review. Unprompted, most businesses get about 1 in 50.

Yours, not a template

Your words. Your steps. As many as you want.

Every single message is customisable. The wording, the timing, the tone, what it includes and what it never says: all specific to your firm. Change any of it whenever you like, add as many steps as you want. All included, nothing is an upsell.

FAQ

The honest answers.

Does it work with Shopify? +
Yes, Shopify is the sweet spot: orders, fulfilment and restocks all trigger messages automatically. WooCommerce and other platforms work too. And marketing messages, restocks and nudges only ever go to customers who ticked the box, which keeps you the right side of both the law and your customers' patience.
Do my customers need anything installed? +
No. They get a normal WhatsApp message from your number, in the app they already use every day. No app to download, no account to create. That is the entire point: no portal, no app, no login. Open rates on WhatsApp are far higher than email because people actually read it.
Can they reply, or is it a robot? +
They can reply, and it lands in your normal WhatsApp. The automation handles the predictable messages so you do not have to, but a real conversation is always one reply away. Nobody gets trapped talking to a machine.
What happens if WhatsApp disconnects? +
This is the bit most setups get wrong. A watchdog checks the channel around the clock. If it drops, it alerts and re-pairs, rather than silently sending nothing for a fortnight. There is also an email fallback so the message still gets through.
Why a monthly fee? +
Because it is a live service, not a one-off file. The £59 pays for the hosting it runs on, the monitoring that keeps it alive, the message log, and me making changes when your prices, policy or wording change. No retainer, no minimum term, cancel whenever.

Tell me what you need, and I'll tell you if it fits.

Tell me what you sell and roughly how many orders a month you ship. I reply the same day, usually within the hour.

Goes straight to jamie@builtsmarter.co.uk
No commitment, and no call unless you want one. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you straight.

Or just message me.

Fitting for the irony, the fastest way to ask about WhatsApp automation is on WhatsApp. It lands with Jamie, the person who builds and runs it.
