WhatsApp automation · Dentists The engine is live right now

WhatsApp messages your patients. Automatically.

The moment an appointment goes in the book, WhatsApp takes over. Confirmed, reminded so the chair never sits empty, recalled every six months without fail, and asked for the review after a good visit. All automatic, from your number, in your own words.

The whole journey

One appointment. Five messages. Zero from the front desk.

Here is exactly what your patient sees, from booking to recall. Every message fires on its own, triggered by your practice system. And every single one is customisable, word for word, so it sounds like your practice.

The appointment lands

Your practice system takes a booking. Within seconds the patient gets a confirmation with the date, time and dentist. New patients get their medical history form to fill in before they arrive.

The reminder that fills the chair

A missed appointment is £100 of clinical time gone. The day before, every patient gets a reminder they actually read, with enough notice to rebook the slot if they cancel.

Day before, and morning of
03

They reply, and it just works

It is a real WhatsApp thread, not a bot wall. Patients reply to move or ask a question, and reschedules go back out as a fresh confirmation automatically.

The recall engine

Six months on, every patient gets the "you're due a check-up" nudge, automatically, forever. No recall list to work through, no letters nobody opens. This is the step that pays for everything.

On each patient's own cycle
05

The review request

After a good visit, patients get asked for a Google review while the relief is still fresh. New patients pick dentists on reviews, and most practices never ask.

A few hours after the visit
The part that compounds

New patients choose on reviews.

When someone searches "dentist near me", the practice with hundreds of recent Google reviews gets the registration. Most practices never ask. This asks every happy patient, the same day. Roughly 1 in 6 people asked leaves a review. Unprompted, most businesses get about 1 in 50.

Yours, not a template

Your words. Your steps. As many as you want.

Every single message is customisable. The wording, the timing, the tone, what it includes and what it never says: all specific to your firm. Change any of it whenever you like, add as many steps as you want. All included, nothing is an upsell.

FAQ

The honest answers.

Does it work with my practice software? +
Yes. Whether you run Dentally, SOE Exact, R4 or a paper day book, as long as appointments exist somewhere we can trigger the messages from them. It already runs against a full clinic CRM and diary today. Making it fit is my problem to solve, not yours.
Do my patients need anything installed? +
No. They get a normal WhatsApp message from your number, in the app they already use every day. No app to download, no account to create. That is the entire point: no portal, no app, no login. Open rates on WhatsApp are far higher than email because people actually read it.
Can they reply, or is it a robot? +
They can reply, and it lands in your normal WhatsApp. The automation handles the predictable messages so you do not have to, but a real conversation is always one reply away. Nobody gets trapped talking to a machine.
What happens if WhatsApp disconnects? +
This is the bit most setups get wrong. A watchdog checks the channel around the clock. If it drops, it alerts and re-pairs, rather than silently sending nothing for a fortnight. There is also an email fallback so the message still gets through.
Why a monthly fee? +
Because it is a live service, not a one-off file. The £59 pays for the hosting it runs on, the monitoring that keeps it alive, the message log, and me making changes when your prices, policy or wording change. No retainer, no minimum term, cancel whenever.

Tell me what you need, and I'll tell you if it fits.

Tell me roughly how many appointments a week the practice does and what you want handled. I reply the same day, usually within the hour.

No commitment, and no call unless you want one. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you straight.

Or just message me.

Fitting for the irony, the fastest way to ask about WhatsApp automation is on WhatsApp. It lands with Jamie, the person who builds and runs it.
